Daily Grind
Yes, she's alive! lol
I've had a blue million ideas to post over the last week but everytime I had a minute to post tBLOG was down, as most of you already know.
Everything here in Hooterville is pretty much the same, per usual. The kids still torment me on a daily basis, the hubby is knee-deep in school work (he's back in college); not so sure I can tolerate this higher education... again! The grand-prince is just beyond grand. My Dad had a scary week, a bout of A-Fib (yes the same crap I live with round the clock) landed him in the hospital overnight, but we think it's nothing too serious. We bought another car, I hate car payments, I mean I hate car payments.
Men's basketball is a popular topic 'round these parts right now, specifically collegiate men's basketball. Memphis (#1) takes on Tennessee (#2) tomorrow night. Should be a good game.
Guess that hits the high points, so, what's new with you?

I hate car payments so badly, I refuse to buy a car anymore unless I can pay cash. Which means we don't drive nice fancy cars LOL. When cars starting costing more than a house in some parts of the country, it became freakin ridiculous.

We normally just save up and combine any income tax refund and do the same thing. I figure as long as we've got these teenagers driving there's no point in having anything too nice for them to put in a ditch, lol!

Wonder why we dislike car payments so much? I don't have one problem with a mortgage payment and it's triple what a car payment is, lol.

Yep, I hate car payments, too. Hence, the BarneyRubblemobile that I drive.
